BREXIT & THE DIASPORA COMMUNITY IN THE UK

How does Brexit affect the Africa Diaspora Community in the United Kingdom from a security, economic and immigration perspective?

There have been a gradual increase in the number Africans residing the United Kingdom since the 1990s from British born to economic migrants. Black residents constituted around 3 per cent of the United Kingdom's population in 2011. The figures have increased from just under 1.15 million residents in 2001, or 2 per cent of the population, to just over 1.9 million in 2011.

So what does Brexit mean to the community and how would it affect the community?

Come and listen to seasoned experts from the community provide their perspective on the matter.

It would be an interactive event with lots of opportunity to ask questions and provide your own opinion on the issue of BREXIT.
